Ingredients
- 270g quick-cook oats (see tips)
- 100g coarsely chopped almonds
- 85g coarsely chopped pecans
- 100g pumpkin seeds
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 125ml Canadian maple syrup
- 2 tbsp neutral cooking oil (see tips)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 150g raisins
A delicious and wholesome blend of raisins, toasted oats, pecans, almonds, and pumpkin seeds. Naturally flavoured with cinnamon and rich Canadian maple syrup for a breakfast free of nasty additives.
Instructions

1. Combine the Ingredients
Preheat the oven to 160°C/ 140°C fan/ gas mark 3. Combine all the ingredients (except the raisins) in a large bowl.

2. Bake the Granola
Line a large baking tray with baking paper. Spread the mixture evenly over the prepared tray. Once the oven has reached temperature, bake the granola for 15 minutes.

3. Stir the Granola
Take the granola out of the oven and gently stir the mixture. Spread out evenly on the tray and bake for 10 minutes. The granola should be lightly brown and toasted all over. If yours needs longer, pop it back in the oven for another 3-5 minutes and then check again.

4. Allow to Cool
Allow the granola to cool completely on the baking tray.

5. Add the Raisins
Tip the cooled granola into a clean bowl and add the raisins. Mix well and store in resealable jars.
